Maybe we get to vote after all

As reported in the Southside Pride, Doug Mann and his wife Linda have filed a petition with the district court for a writ of mandamus, directed at the Minneapolis City Council, the current Mayor, the City Attorney, and the Attorney General of the state of Minnesota, over the failure to hold a referendum before trying to commit the city to massive expenditures for a new Vikings stadium.
